I thought I would write this review in the hope that it will help my former coworkers. This is what pushed me to quit, the lack of ability to grow in the company do to FAVORITISM. HR in that building is a unreliable it's always someone new coming in because they can't keep the same person so you don't feel comfortable enough talking to them about the problems. Promotions sometimes aren't earned they're just given because you are "the favorite". Worked as a slitter operator processing post it notes and box sealing tape. You can't get on the bosses bad side or tell if something is wrong because you become the bad person. With that said management at orbis is out of control in the Georgetown location, you can be amazingly good at doing your job but if you aren't the supervisors favorite you won't be able to succeed. You need alot of physical strength and have to keep in mind it's 12hr shifts with only 3 breaks 3 15min and a lunch 30min it can get extremely hot inside the factory so if you can't handle a long time standing doing physical work in extreme weather this isn't the place for you.
